• An Operator: Where we process information on behalf of a client or as part of a supplier relationship to deliver a requested technical service.

2. Modern Technology & AI

Our operational model uses modern technical tools (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini) to process technical data, solve complex problems, and manage projects.

• IA Integration: Processing data through these models is a core requirement for us to provide you with technical analysis, code, and support.
• Human in Charge: While the logic is AI-driven, critical final decisions and technical sign-offs are always handled by our team.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide our services and maintain our business relationship. This may include:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and billing/physical address.
• Technical Data: Information about your business systems, website credentials, or system status required for IT support or project delivery.
• Service Usage: Basic technical signals (like Cloudflare Turnstile) used to prevent spam and ensure security without selling your tracking data.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

We process personal information under the following legal grounds:

7. Data Retention

Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably required for service delivery, support, accounting, legal compliance, warranty fulfillment, or contractual obligations. When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
