By using our services, website, or entering into an agreement with Unlimited Solutions Enterprise, you agree to these practical operational terms. Our goal is to provide clear expectations for a sustainable working relationship.

1. Service Agreements

Unlimited Solutions Enterprise provides technical services including IT support, web development, and managing technology projects. Unless explicitly stated in a signed formal contract, services are provided on a month-to-month, ad-hoc, or project-by-project basis.

2. Modern Technology & AI

Unlimited Solutions Enterprise relies on modern technical tools and AI models as a core component of our creative and technical work, including writing code, auditing systems, and planning projects.

Operational Standard: We make use of AI to do our work and create stronger solutions if we don't find any other solutions that already exist for the client's project purposes. Since AI can hallucinate, Unlimited Solutions Enterprise (Pty) Ltd and Eduard van Deventer will not be held liable for AI-generated outputs.

3. Client Responsibility

To ensure effective service delivery, clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for technical tasks.
• Maintain their own independent backups of critical data.
• Protect account passwords and implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) where available.
• Follow reasonable security instructions provided by Unlimited Solutions Enterprise.
• Ensure they have the authority to grant Unlimited Solutions Enterprise access to any third-party systems.

4. Third-Party Services

We coordinate services like hosting, domain registration, and cloud platforms through third-party providers. While we manage these for you, these services remain subject to the terms, uptime policies, and pricing of the primary providers. Unlimited Solutions Enterprise is not liable for losses caused by third-party platform failures or upstream service disruptions.

5. Data Access & Security

Where Unlimited Solutions Enterprise is granted access to systems, websites, hosting environments, or hardware, such access will be used strictly for the agreed service purpose.

While Unlimited Solutions Enterprise applies reasonable care and safeguards, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, complete data recovery, or absolute security against evolving cyber threats.

6. Intellectual Property

For custom development, upon full and final payment, you own the specific front-end design and assets created for your project. Unlimited Solutions Enterprise retains the right to reuse non-identifiable structural code and base code developed during the project.

7. Limited Liability

To the full extent permitted by law, Unlimited Solutions Enterprise is not liable for losses caused by:

• Upstream service provider outages.
• Client negligence or compromised client credentials.
• Missing or insufficient backups on the client's side.
• Events outside Unlimited Solutions Enterprise's reasonable control.
• AI hallucination or AI-generated outputs.

Unlimited Solutions Enterprise operates with reasonable care, but liability is excluded for any indirect or consequential damages except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual estimates or invoices. Non-payment may result in the suspension of managed services or hosting.
